Matter of fact, Megan Fox has made an incredible jump since her debute on the top 100 list in 2006 where she was ranked No. 68 and ranked No. 65 in 2007.
Rounding out the top 10 were Megan Fox, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Elisha Cuthbert, Scarlett Johansson, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Hilary Duff, Tricia Helfer, Blake Lively and Kate Beckinsale.

FHM is absolutely right for the first time. Megan Fox IS the sexiest woman around. I mean, the woman is perfection! Great body, sexy features.. and she’s got this wild thing going on too.
