He leaves and the others fall into place. I understand wanting to keep Conan happy, but replacing Jay makes no sense. He is still #1 in the late night time slot and there is just no reason to have him leave. I think that we have not heard the end of this yet. Personally I think Jay will be staying for longer then they are saying now. Fallon is OK, but I agree with you that it could be a strange weird show with his style of humor. I guess time will tell.
