Tyson Gay’s World Record Sprint Won’t Count in the Books

Written by Jay on June 30, 2008 – -

If you guys have been paying attention to the Olympics and everything, you should have probably heard of Tyson Gay’s 9.68 seconds win in the 100 meter race. And yes, yesterday, Tyson Gay ran the 100 meters faster than anyone ever has. Unfortunately, it will not go in the World Record books.

Was he disqualified? Nope.

Did he cheat? Nope.

Was it an error? Nope.

Apparently, the world record 100 meter sprint will not go into the books because of a tailwind. Yup, a minor push of the wind.

When Gay was up for his race, the wind was blowing at 4.1 meters per second, and apparently, anything above 2.0 is not allowed for record purposes. I guess when it comes to split second race decisions, every aspect is taken into consideration.

Prior to Tyson Gay’s 9.68 seconds 100 meter sprint, the previous World Record was 9.69 seconds held by Obadele Thompson who set that record in 1996.

I’m not sure if it really matters if this particular race goes in the books or not, what matters is the fact that Tyson Gay will be officially competing against the world after he passed the Olympic trials.

How Would I Use a Creative Vado to Make Money Online?

Written by Jay on June 28, 2008 – -

Theuniversitykid.com is currently in collaboration with Click Consultants to give away a Creative Vado in their newest contest which ends today. I know, I know, I’m extremely late but I’m a last minute type of guy and, well, I procrastinate.

But to enter this contest, all you have to do is write a quick post on “how would you use the Creative Vado to help you make money online?”

So, let me answer this question.

First of all, I would use the Creative Vado to make videos to post on Youtube and Revver. Now, this might sound like a generic thing that most people do but in terms of making money online, people don’t use it for that. And this is where I would start my earning potential simply by using the Creative Vado.

I would make humorous, yet unique videos to post on both Youtube and Revver. Now, Youtube wouldn’t help me make money directly, but with a simple plug to this website, iBlogtoBlog.com , I can increase tons of traffic.

And we should all know, Traffic = money.

In addition to recording humorous videos (because who doesn’t like a laugh), I would also make videos that would include sexy women. (As you can see in my header that is one of the main things that I talk about on here.) And yes, people (horny guys) love sexy women.

Again, traffic = money.

Now, with Revver, you get paid for posting videos, and the more people that view it, the more you get paid. Of course, I would be posting those videos listed above on Revver, then the more people that watch it, the more I get paid.

Did I mention, traffic = money?

Once I get tons of people coming to my site, I can then start posting videos directly from my blog. Revver videos would make money from me for each view… the more traffic I get to my site, the higher I can increase my private ad sales (or potentially increase the number of PPC ad clicks).

I feel if I use the Creative Vado to make videos of humorous things and sexy women, there will be a lot of people who want to watch it. The more people who watch it or want to watch more, the more it will make me money and increase my traffic.

Simple enough. There’s my answer and I hope I win. If not, I don’t know how I will live… oh, that’s right, just breathe. :P

Who is Christy Carlson Romano? And Why Should You Know Who She Is?

Written by Jay on June 27, 2008 – -

Christy Carlson Romano is sexy Well, besides being a sexy and beautiful individual, Christy Carlson Romano is probably going to be a big name celebrity soon. Of course, for those who have never heard of Christy Carlson Romano, she is a triple threat. Well, maybe a quadruple threat?

Christy Carlson Romano is an actress, a singer and an author. On top of that, she’s beautiful! That’s just an added addition, of course.

But most people know Christy Carlson Romano for her roles in the sitcom Even Stevens , or maybe the cartoon Kim Impossible where she is the voice of the main character but her talents and future doesn’t stop there.

Honestly, I didn’t realize how much she has done. And one of the reasons I’m talking about her is the fact that I, well, talk about sexy women on this blog, but also not too many people know of her so I figured I’d add my two cents.

Besides Even Stevens , she has made a name for herself in Broadway acting. But that’s not what caught my attention, it was when I found out she was one of the voices (Yuffie Kisaragi) in Final Fantasy VII Advent Children .

Christy Carlson Romano is sexy Okay, so I like video games and Japanese anime, so what?

And yes, she is also a singer. I mean, nowadays everyone has a record album coming out for something. But supposedly she has a beautiful voice. I never heard her, but I should just look her up, huh? I mean, there’s a reason why so many people want her to do voice roles in shows and movies; because she has a lovely voice!

But this is what separates her from all those other actress/singers, she is also an author. And when I say an “author” I don’t mean just a blogger. She actually wrote an entire book titled Grace’s Turn. I read it got some pretty good reviews!

If you’re just here for the pictures of Christy Carlson Romano , feel free to check them out. I mean, she is pretty hot and sexy. But I figured I’d toss some information out about her.

Just look at her! Christy Carlson Romano is hot!

Tim McGraw Fight at Recent Concert

Written by Jay on June 26, 2008 – -

tim mcgraw fight with fanWow, apparently, country singer, Tim McGraw recently got into a fight at his latest contest with a fan from the crowd.  Actually, it wasn’t that much of a fight.

The rumor hit the internet that Tim McGraw saw a man hit a woman in the crowd, so his reaction was to pull the man on stage and shove his ass to security.  And apparently, after that happened, the man wanted to fight Tim McGraw.

In the video I included below, you can see McGraw pulling the man on stage by his belt and literally shoving him to a bunch of security members.  You can also see McGraw raising a clinched fist ready to punch the fan in the face before security and band members got in between them.

Now, no one knows just yet on why the man hit the woman in the crowd, or if it was on purpose or if it was accidental.  But we all know Tim McGraw just wasn’t having it.

The best part of all of this, after the fan was escorted off stage, Tim McGraw just began singing like nothing happened at all.  LOL!

Nissan GTR 2009 – The Most Anticipated New Performance Car

Written by Jay on June 26, 2008 – -

Nissan GTR

If you love fast cars with slick designs then the 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R is what you want to look forward to. And believe me when I say this, “you’re not the only one eagerly waiting this supercar!”

The 2009 Nissan GTR comes from a long line of Skyline GT-Rs supposedly dating back 30+ years ago. But the latest version “R35” is said to have “more turbocharged power, more all-wheel-drive technology and more sheer speed than any Japanese car ever to come to America.”

And if that isn’t good enough for you, just look at the pictures! This is one of the most hyped-up cars this century!

nissan gtr interior

So, why is the Nissan GTR 2009 so hyped? Well, I read that the Skyline GT-R R35 is expected to “be the ne plus ultra of Japanese performance machinery.”

I know you guys have heard of the Nissan Z that is currently out, but the Nissan GTR 2009 is said to blow that away. Matter of fact, I heard the Nissan GTR has about 480-hp and is similar to a Porsche performance-wise. Now, that is saying a lot when you compare a car to a Porsche… but better!

Besides the performance, the 2009 Nissan GTR is expected to be a lot less than a Porsche. It’s expected to sell somewhere around $70,000 which would give the Chevy Corvette z06 some competition for the title of “Best Value Supercar.”

For those you guys that aren’t into fast cars or hooked up cars, well, you’re definitely missing out! Again, just look at the pictures of the Nissan GTR 2009! And yes, pictures can speak a thousand words!

mgs4 walkthrough

Prologue

Ground Zero

After the game’s initial cut scene ends and you have full control over Old Snake, crawl forward beneath the truck next to you for a Ration , then crawl beneath the next one to trigger more of the introductory cinematic. When it ends, grab the AK102 next to the fallen trooper, then go right (going left gives you a less ideal post-cut scene position) for more of the cinematic. When it ends, run back along the street, away from the Gekko next to Snake, then head through the gap in the wall as the road goes right, toward the militia soldier. When the Gekko outside passes and its back is toward the door, sneak across the street and into the next house. Head through the structure to the next highly-destroyed house, vaulting through the window with the Triangle button. When the Gekko to the the left walks away, make a U-turn to the right from the doorway the Gekko was outside of, sprinting for the exit in the northeast corner.

Act 1: Liquid Sun (Middle East)

Red Zone: NW Sector

Go around the corner to the main street and enter the doorway on the right. Watch the cut scene as you enter the adjacent room, then crawl through the gap in the wall to the alley. When the PMC troops leave, crawl toward the pavement and let your OctoCamo adapt to your surroundings before heading around the corner. Enter the next building on the right and grab the Ration , Compress , and all the 5.56 X 45mm ammo . Crawl beneath the debris in the southern corner of the house, stopping to watch a poor rebel get shot up, then make sure there’s no one around before you go right. Stay in the shadows on the west side of the map as you head south, letting your OctoCamo keep you hidden. Check the room off to the sides for items as you go. When you get close to the southern exit, wait for the two soldiers nearby to approach the Stryker tank, then crawl into the street and cross to the exit on the other side.

Red Zone

Check under the stairs here for a Compress and the Cardboard Box , then go south, avoiding the two soldiers nearby. You can head to your destination (which is northwest of the southeast corner of the map) via the north wall if you’d rather, but it’s much harder to do so, though you can grab an RPG-7 in the northeast corner early if you take this route. For the purposes of this walkthrough, though, we’ll be describing the southern route.
