Yes, I’m a Ken Griffey Jr fan and yes I also like the Mariners. And quite frankly, I think the Mariners are definitely going to have a better year than they did last, especially since they have my boy Griffey back on the team!

I know he’s not the same “kid” as he once was but he brings much more than just hitting to the team, he also brings added motivation, determination and guidance to the younger players to get through the rough times.

I mean, they can’t get any worse than they did last year when they lost 100+ games. Their batting lineup seems to be better with a few additions that includes Griffey, their pitching has also been pretty decent (even though they lost key players such as their closer J.J. Putz) but I think they just struggled with runs last year.

I will go out on a limb and say the Mariners makes the playoffs this year and Griffey has a bounce back year hitting around .300 and getting 30+ HRs with 100 RBIs.

Yup, I’m going out and making a big statement but I’m allowed to just like everyone else.
