Written by Jay on March 19, 2010 – -NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010 Scores - Here are some of the latest NCAA basketball tournament updates and scores for you guys participating in bracket pools. And yes, there were some upsets that will have people beating themselves up about.
The main one was Murray State beating Vanderbilt with a last second shot at the buzzard to win it by Danero Thomas.
In other scores, highly seeded Villanova beat Morris University in overtime by only three points 73-70 in a close game.
Old Dominion beat Notre Dame by one point with the final score being 51-50 in a crazy game from New Orleans.
And another stunner was Ohio beating Georgetown 97-83 and gave the Bobcats of Ohio their first NCAA tournament win in almost 30 years. Ohio jumped out to a 48-36 halftime lead which helped them to victory. And it was definitely a strong and big defeat.
