Where The Wild Things Are Movie Review
Written by Jay on October 16, 2009 – -So, there have been a bunch of Where The Wild Things Are Movie Reviews and most of them are good but the interesting part is that most people say it’s not really directed for the same audience that it was meant for: young children.
So, if you guys brought your kids to watch a movie such as Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs then Where The Wild Things Are isn’t that same type of kids movie to take them to.
I read a few Where The Wild Things Are Movie Reviews and they said it was kind of dark, yet, intellectually hefty with humorous winks that may sail right over the heads of children. Of course, this movie wasn’t exactly made for adults because it was based on a kids book. But the way this movie is set up, people say it probably won’t please the kids fully or the adults fully. So, either way, both will probably be left with something missing.
Just about every review I read, people said it was incredible visually but it doesn’t move you like the books did. And some people said it was a little dull as well.
I mean, everyone has a different opinion and everybody is a critic. If you really want know how the movie is, you can just watch Where The Wild Things Are online yourself and be your own judge of it.
